Made by Robin des Bois, the AGATA chair is a contemporary style upholstered dining chair, designed for the dining room. Its padded armrests complement long dinners with friends as well as the coffee that extends after Sunday lunch. Placed at the end of the table, it elegantly marks the host's seat.
Its structure is made of pine and its legs are made of solid rubberwood. Straight and slightly inclined, the legs have a cerused finish with a brushed texture, revealing the wood grain. A nitrocellulose varnish protects them daily.
Its high button-tufted backrest, adorned with buttons and highlighted with a simple piping, offers a comfortable back support throughout the meal. The seat, backrest, and armrests are covered with a fabric made of 55% linen and 45% cotton in a string color, soft to the touch and resistant to everyday wear. Its shade easily matches light woods and soft tones of the dining room.
The firm seat (35 kg/m³) keeps the back well-straight at the table, while the backrest (27 kg/m³) provides more flexibility.
